Texas law generally doesn’t let the same company both assess and remediate the same property. Where that matters, an independent assessor gets coordinated so your scope stays honest.
When it’s worth getting an inspection
- A musty smell you can’t track down

How the lab side actually works
Air samples get collected on spore-trap cassettes — at least one outside as a control, and one or more inside. The lab compares indoor spore counts and species against the outdoor baseline. If indoor counts are higher, or you’ve got species amplifying that shouldn’t be indoors at all, remediation gets recommended.
