We use your information to route your request to one or more independent, TDLR-licensed mold remediation contractors in our network so they can contact you, to follow up on the status of your request, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to improve our website.

By submitting a form or providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive calls and text messages — including autodialed, prerecorded, and AI-assisted messages — from Pasadena Mold Pros Network and the independent, TDLR-licensed contractors in our network at the number you provided, regarding your inquiry and related mold or water damage services. Sharing Your Information
By submitting a request, you agree we may share the information you provide with one or more independent, TDLR-licensed contractors in our network. Each contractor is a separate business with its own privacy practices. Once they contact you, your ongoing relationship with them is governed by their policies, not ours.
Sale / Sharing of Personal Information
Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) and similar state laws, sharing lead information with third-party contractors in exchange for compensation may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. Texas residents (and residents of other states with similar rights) may opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information, request access to or deletion of the personal information we hold about them, and appeal a denied request.
